01Where You Are

The business was supposed to fund a life. Somewhere, it started spending yours.

You didn't build this company to become its prisoner. But somewhere between the first job and the last hire, the structure stopped fitting — and it shows up like this:

Every decision waits for you

The company moves at the speed of your calendar. Nothing material happens without your fingerprints on it.

Meetings that change nothing

Status gets reported. Problems survive. The same issues walk back into the room quarter after quarter.

Revenue by adrenaline

Growth surges when you push and stalls when you stop. You can't forecast it, staff it, or finance against it.

Profit that leaks quietly

The topline looks fine. The margin tells the truth — and by the time you see it, the cause is a quarter old.

Right people, wrong seats

Talent you believe in, underperforming inside roles the org chart outgrew. It's rarely the person.

Acquisitions that never landed

Bought, bolted on, never absorbed. The synergy stayed on the slide because nobody installed it as a cadence.

None of this means you've failed. It means the company outgrew the way it was built. That's fixable — and fixing it is the work.

02What We Believe
God entrusts businesses to His people. We help owners steward what they've been given — so the company becomes a faithful return on His investment.
Brian Prescott, Founder

Your business is entrusted capital — the people, the customers, the livelihoods riding on it. Stewardship, taken seriously, isn't a softer standard than performance. It's a higher one.

So the work is precise: clarity at the top, cadence across the company, and accountability that holds when you're not in the room — until the enterprise returns more than it consumes.

03The First Year, Measured

In twelve months, this is your company.

Not motivation. Not theory. Observable changes in how the business — and your life — runs:

01

Meetings that end in decisions

Issues get named, worked, and retired in the room — not carried politely into next quarter.

02

Numbers you trust over gut feel

Leading indicators every week tell you the truth before the P&L does.

03

A week away that costs nothing

Clear seats and decision rights mean the company performs whether you're in the building or not.

04

Growth you can see coming

A weekly revenue rhythm designed toward 15–30% annual growth — not feast-or-famine adrenaline.

05

Margin that stays earned

Job-level clarity on where the money is made — and where it had been quietly leaking.

06

Evenings that belong to your family

You go home with something left to give the people you love. That, in the end, is the point.

05The Operating Cadence

06The Path In

Deliberate, from the first call.

01Fit callThirty minutes. We name the real constraint, identify the lane, and decide — mutually — whether to proceed.
02The 90-Minute MeetingYour full leadership team meets the system. No cost, no commitment — an informed decision requires the whole table.
03Focus DayAccountability chart, Rocks, scorecard, and meeting pulse installed. The team leaves running differently.
04Vision BuildingTwo days, sixty days apart. Core values to ten-year target to a plan the whole team can say out loud.
05The rhythmQuarterly and annual sessions until the standard holds without me in the room. That's the finish line.
07Your Advisor

I've already walked the road you're on.

I'm not above the people I serve. I am them. As a Marine and former EOD Tech and Operator, I learned that panic is expensive, ambiguity is dangerous, and unresolved pressure does not stay contained. Then I put it all on the line: I started Prescott Environmental with $200 to my name and built it to $25 million in five years before selling to private equity.

I didn't cash out and walk away. I stayed in the seat — and with EOS and Outgrow as the operating systems, through a mix of organic growth and multiple acquisitions, I successfully scaled that business past a billion dollars in annual recurring revenue. Along the way I lived the founder's hardest lesson: the same chaos I was trained to disarm, I had once built inside my own company.

So I know what it's like to wake at three in the morning because your mind won't turn off. To pour everything into a company and feel it quietly pulling everything back out of you. Most founders aren't broken — they're buried. My aim is simple: to help owners reclaim control and return home with something left to give the people they love.

Faith isn't a footnote here — it's the foundation. God First exists to serve that conviction, and to support the work of Pillar Grace Ministries and 2OM Ministries.

"I'm not here to impress you. I'm here to liberate you. I'm not above you — I am you, just further down the trail."

08Fit, Stated Plainly

A limited practice. Here's how we both decide.

We should talk if

  • You own, lead, or back a service business between $5M and $250M
  • Growth is real, but execution has grown heavy
  • You're still the bottleneck on material decisions
  • You want a system installed, not a keynote delivered — and you'll do the work
  • You're a sponsor who needs an operator inside a portfolio company, not another deck
  • You lead from conviction and want a partner who shares it

We're not a fit if

  • You want motivation without change
  • You're optimizing for the cheapest option rather than the right one
  • You want frameworks discussed rather than installed
  • You're not prepared to confront the real issues honestly
  • You'd rather faith stayed out of the business conversation
  • You need a report for the board more than a change in the business
09The Calling

Every morning I step into a physical expression of God's abundance — the businesses of the owners I serve — and work alongside Him in the tapestry of His grace and purpose.

That's why the practice is named the way it is. God first. Then the business. Then the return.

Take back the reins.

It starts with a thirty-minute fit call. We name the real constraint, pick the lane — EOS, Outgrow, or both — and decide together whether there's a genuine fit. Whether you own the business or back it, this is the first step.
